Please help! I want to do a documentary on gay pride but i'm having a hard time thinking of what to focus on.

Sometimes with documentaries.. simple is best. Choose the easiest and most simple approach. Either tell your own story or tell the story of someone close to you. Sit yourself or that person in front of a camera and talk about gay issues that are meaningful to you. Another idea is to attend a gay pride event and simply have people say on camera their thoughts about gay pride. Cut the clips together and there you go! A documentary on gay pride. Good luck!
