"December holidays in South Africa" - Documentary Idea

I want to let other people from various countries know how we spend or enjoy our December holidays in South Africa. And how we as South Africans enjoy our Christmas and new year. My documentary idea is to focus more on kids, on how they spend their holidays.

hi Darling ,um studyin Documentary as an elective in Malaysia bt i am frm Botswana. i like your idea bt darling i think you should identify your target audience and how creative , and how u will you grab your audience`s attention and in addition how are you gonna accentuate your theme from kids. i hope you want youth and grown ups to watch it, i do think it is possible bt kids dont watch documentaries they watch cartoon and for your to pull ths out ur subjects should atleast be youth or you can do a composition of teenagers and youth. i hope it helps
also figure out what type of documentary do u want ,(participatory can work) , which style eg handheld camera etc, what is the mood ( do you want to include fast forwards or slow motions etc and when , eg dance stunts u can include a slow motion etc , ul b willin to learn from u 2 xoxo
