Will the rich always be with us | Documentary Idea

We know that here in Britain the government is scared to tax the super rich too high because there is a chance they might leave us and take their money to another country, such as America. However, will they really? I know that if I was super rich that I would want to help get our country out of the recession. I know that this probably wont be the case for all the super rich, but it might be for the majority. I think that someone should do a documentry asking people who are super rich how they feel about the idea, instead of the government just assuming they don't want to help.
