by Catapult Film Fund
(San Francisco, CA )
The Catapult Film Fund provides documentary film grants of up to $20,000 to support powerful, artful storytelling across a broad spectrum of issues and perspectives.
Catapult's development grants fund documentary filmmakers who have secured access to their story and are ready to create a fundraising piece.
Catapult's mission is to enable filmmakers to develop their film projects to the next level at a moment where funding is hard to find.
About The Catapult Film Fund
Lisa Kleiner Chanoff and Bonni Cohen founded CATAPULT FILM FUND in November 2010. Catapult has two funding cycles per year, Summer and Winter. At each round Catapult awards grants $5,000 to $20,000 to around 10 projects.
Grant recipients have access to informal mentorship with Bonni and Lisa in areas including story development, production process, fundraising and distribution strategy.
